Part-Time/Full-Time Dentist

Position Summary:

We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Part-Time/Full-Time Dentist to join our team. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, team-oriented, and committed to delivering the highest standard of dental care. This role requires a dentist who is also comfortable managing the day-to-day operations of the practice and providing leadership to the dental team.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive dental care including exams, diagnosis, restorations, extractions, endodontic procedures, and preventive care.
Develop treatment plans based on patient needs and best practices.
Educate patients on oral health and preventive dental care.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Collaborate with dental assistants and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient experiences.
Oversee and contribute to the efficient and effective management of the dental practice.
Mentor and support dental team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Stay up-to-date with the latest dental practices and continuing education requirements.
Others, as determined by owner-dentist.

Qualifications:

DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school.
Current Texas dental license in good standing.
Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience preferred.
Prior experience in a leadership or practice management role is a strong plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong diagnostic and clinical skills.
