Part-Time/Full-Time Dentist

Position Summary:
We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Part-Time/Full-Time Dentist to join our team. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, team-oriented, and committed to delivering the highest standard of dental care. This role requires a dentist who is also comfortable managing the day-to-day operations of the practice and providing leadership to the dental team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive dental care including exams, diagnosis, restorations, extractions, endodontic procedures, and preventive care.
- Develop treatment plans based on patient needs and best practices.
- Educate patients on oral health and preventive dental care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Collaborate with dental assistants and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient experiences.
- Oversee and contribute to the efficient and effective management of the dental practice.
- Mentor and support dental team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest dental practices and continuing education requirements.
- Others, as determined by owner-dentist.
Qualifications:
- DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school.
- Current Texas dental license in good standing.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience preferred.
- Prior experience in a leadership or practice management role is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong diagnostic and clinical skills.
